Insulating ceramic rings (D28 M11, D32 M14 and D19 M8 for 3D heads) and seal rings for laser cutting heads.
How to choose
- The ceramic ring insulates the nozzle and is part of the height sensor: if cracked, it causes reading errors.
- Reinforced version for heavier duty.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a single and a double nozzle?
The single nozzle is used for cutting with nitrogen or air (fusion cutting). The double nozzle directs oxygen more effectively and is the most common choice for oxygen-assisted laser cutting of carbon steel.
How often should I replace the protective window?
The protective window is a consumable: replace it whenever you see spatter, stains or visible burn marks. A dirty protective window heats up, loses cutting power and can damage the focusing lens.
How do I choose the focusing lens?
By diameter (D28, D30, D20…) and focal length (F100, F125, F150, F200) of your cutting head. A longer focal length gives more depth of focus for thick plate; a shorter one concentrates more energy for thin sheet.
