Your privacy matters to Harpon. This policy explains which data we process on harpon.com.br and in customer service, what we use it for and what your rights are, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018).

1. Data we process

The website has no registration or form that stores data on a server. The cart is saved only in your browser. When you place an order or request a quote, the message is sent by you via WhatsApp or email, with the data you choose to provide (name, company, tax ID, postal code, phone and email).

2. What we use it for

We use this data to reply to your contact, prepare quotes, issue invoices, deliver the order and provide support. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where necessary for delivery (carrier), for payment or when required by law.

3. Traffic measurement

We may use measurement tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, how the website is used. See the Cookie policy.

4. How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the order and meet legal and tax obligations.

5. Your rights

You may at any time request confirmation, access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing vendas@harpon.com.br.

6. External links

The website links to third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Gmail and Instagram), which have their own privacy policies.
