All-stainless 304 push-in pneumatic fittings with a Viton O-ring: 25 bar, -30 to 200 °C, air, vacuum, water and brine.
How to choose
- Cut the tube square and burr-free; push it all the way in and pull back to lock.
- Tapered BSPT threads seal by interference: PTFE tape (2 to 3 turns) and light torque with a 14 mm wrench.
- PU or PA tubing up to 60 °C; above that use PTFE.
Frequently asked questions
Why an all-stainless push-in fitting?
The "food-grade" lines on the market use a treated brass body and a plastic collet, rated to 16 bar and 150 °C. With 304 stainless steel throughout there is nothing to peel, crack or come loose into the product, and the fitting withstands 25 bar, 200 °C, chlorine and hot sanitizing.
Does the 1/8 BSPT thread fit my equipment?
It fits R 1/8, Rc 1/8 and G 1/8 ports, which are standard on brine injectors and most European and Asian machines. Do not use it in an NPT port (US standard): the thread angle is different and it will not seal.
