Which welding nozzle should I use?
Choose by the gun nozzle model (A, B, C, S…), thread (M16) and filler wire diameter (1.2 mm or 1.6 mm). If in doubt, send a photo of your current part on WhatsApp.
When should I replace the protective window on the welding gun?
Whenever there is spatter or staining on the window. A dirty window reduces the energy reaching the workpiece and can crack from the heat.
