Frequently asked questions

Is the Collimating lens – D30 F100 compatible with my machine?

It is compatible with Raytools / Precitec / WSX. If your machine is not listed, send us the brand, the cutting head model or a photo of your current part and our team will confirm before you buy.

Is it in stock?

Yes. Harpon keeps stock in Osasco, SP and ships throughout Brazil. For larger quantities or company terms (CNPJ), request a quote.

What is the difference between a single and a double nozzle?

The single nozzle is used for cutting with nitrogen or air (fusion cutting). The double nozzle directs oxygen more effectively and is the most common choice for oxygen-assisted laser cutting of carbon steel.

How often should I replace the protective window?

The protective window is a consumable: replace it whenever you see spatter, stains or visible burn marks. A dirty protective window heats up, loses cutting power and can damage the focusing lens.

Can't find the part?

Send us the part number, the machine brand or a photo of the part. We will locate it and quote.
