How to choose

  • The reference indicates bore and tube diameter (e.g. 40-30 / 30-40).
  • Match the tube bore to the ruby orifice recommended by the machine manufacturer.
  • Operating tip: replace the orifice and the mixing tube together. A worn orifice misaligns the jet, eats the tube from the side and cuts your cutting speed before you notice.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Mixing tube 40-40 – 7.14 × 1.02 × 101.6 mm – R100 compatible with my machine?

It is compatible with Flow / Dardi / Omax. If your machine is not listed, send us the brand, the cutting head model or a photo of your current part and our team will confirm before you buy.

Is it in stock?

Yes. Harpon keeps stock in Osasco, SP and ships throughout Brazil. For larger quantities or company terms (CNPJ), request a quote.

Which abrasive mesh should I use for waterjet cutting?

Mesh 80 is the most common: it balances cutting speed and edge finish on most metals and stone. Mesh 120 has a finer grain, for better edge quality and thin parts, with slightly slower cutting.

When should I replace the mixing tube?

When the tube bore wears, the jet widens, the kerf grows and the cut loses accuracy. Measure the exit bore periodically and replace the tube once it exceeds your process tolerance to avoid rework.
